Instrumentation and Analyzers
Process instrumentation and controls monitor system variables including, pressure, temperature, level, flow, pH, saturation, and other process variables. These variables are measured and compared with the user's desired set point. Corrective output signals are sent to the control devices, such as valves, to adjust the process accordingly to achieve the desired operating parameters.
Analyzers monitor process composition by inspecting compounds within process samples to assure proper chemical balance or conformity with standards.
